Meet Mateo Portelli!

Originally from Canada, Mateo lived in Las Vegas, NV for the last 19 years and is the Digital Operations & Events Coordinator, assisting with events, as well assisting with our website and digital outreach efforts. He is a U.S. Army Soldier and a History student at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. He's passionate about Power2Parent because he's seen how so many of his peers’ parents (especially Hispanic parents) have struggled with school safety and quality outcomes. P2P served as the preeminent vehicle for parents (and future parents like Mateo) to come together and build a better educational future in Nevada and across the United States.
