Why a parent union?

It’s no secret that teachers unions have a great deal of power when it comes to education.

When it comes to education and parental rights, teachers unions have an outsized influence on laws and policies that affect our families. It is time for parents to join forces to form a new type of union; one with the power to protect families and children and keep public schools accountable to the parents who have the greatest stake in their child’s education. Together, as the largest group of parent voices across the nation, we advocate for parents so they can maintain the right to parent the way they believe is best.

Join our national union, find a chapter to join, or start a new chapter in your area today!

Who can join?

Members of our union are people who care about kids, and believe that parents are the most qualified to make the decisions that are best for their children. We are building an army of parents, grandparents, extended family, and concerned community members.

Looking for a chance to give your kids some exposure to snow? Located just 30 minutes from Las Vegas, Lee Meadow at Mount Charleston offers you the chance to play in the snow for free!

We decided we needed a chance to play in the snow before winter was over, so we waited until a storm came through and used this live snow tracker to determine if there was enough for an afternoon outing.

We were not disappointed! We called some friends and had them meet us there and played for several hours.
