Looking for a chance to give your kids some exposure to snow? Located just 30 minutes from Las Vegas, Lee Meadow at Mount Charleston offers you the chance to play in the snow for free!

We decided we needed a chance to play in the snow before winter was over, so we waited until a storm came through and used this live snow tracker to determine if there was enough for an afternoon outing.

We were not disappointed! We called some friends and had them meet us there and played for several hours.

Take a drive up the 95 North and head west at the NV-156/Lee Canyon Road turnoff. Continue straight for 16 miles and you'll see Lee Meadow on your left. Parking is right across the road from the meadow.
